WHEIGHT OF KNIVES

I have heard a lot of good comments about the REKAT knives, but one that hasn't come up is the weight of these knives. I am thinking of getting a Carnivour but I've noticed that the Pocket Hobbit has a blade under 4 inches but weighs in at about 7.5 ounces! That's a heavy knife! I guess due to the design and very strong materials used in these knives the weight factor has been increased. How do these REKAT knives balance in the hand? Are they very "handle heavy" ? I'd prefer something with a balance point somewhere around the pivit pin. Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know the weight of the Carnivour?

I don't know the weight of these knives, never had or handled a REKAT before, but from what I have gathered, they are a heavy sort of knife. I LIKE THAT!

Soon I will be a owner of a REKAT knife, can't wait!

My Carnivore balances right on the back point of the finger radius. It is one of the most comfortable folders I use. The weight doesn't bother me.I've carried it either in my left front pocket or iwb since I got it in February. I think is is the '90s s.e.r.e.
