Thanks guys! It's really a nice blade and I enjoyed making it.

xtestifyx- Thanks! I do not send my blades for any treatments at all. I make the blade starting from barstock steels, profiling, grinding, heat treating, fitting and finishing, all in-house. I get lots of nice comments on the steel's hardness, yet ability for the average owner to re-sharpen. That can only be achieved through a precise heat-treat. That's what is meant by me when I say it....
I use a Paragon heat treating oven and get good results with no complaints ever. thanks!

"my own heat treat" means he did that part of the work himself rather than sending it out to be done. This is one more aspect of "sole authorship" that speaks of a true knifemaker.

bigthresher! thanks! i'll send you the payment options and info.

lamuddog- you're on the list.

thanks! happy new year!

i received the paypal no problem! thank you so much! Happy New Year! I'll ship out asap via usps priority insured.

Lamuddog- If you would like one, I can have you one in less than 2 weeks...have all the materials....email is shadowknives@ gmail.com

Thanks all and I hope BigThresher lets us know when he gets it and how he likes it! It's really the REAL satisfaction is to hear how it is liked or perceived.

God bless,
eddie

Thanks Eddie and Esav. I always seemed to believe the maker's claim of RC hardness, and it was as if I was looking at a car with no EPA Miles per gallon rating

Folks, this is a superbly crafted blade:D with excellent eros, and sheath is sweet too I might add:thumbup:.
VERY cleanly done. I knew I had to have this one when I saw it on my cell...then I saw it on my computer...then I saw her in person....NICE!!

Geez! Thanks! It is a huge piece and I liked making it. It took the Warnie to one higher level for me- LETHAL.

Big Thresher, here's my guarantee for all to see:

guarantee my knives for fit and finish for as long as I am around, and I'm shooting for a 100. Use and enjoy. Keep it clean and it will last for generations. If you ever have any problem whatsoever, please contact me and I'll make it right. If you ever need a professional touchup, I simply ask for enough to ship it back to you.

Never store a knife in a leather sheath; that's for totin it around.

Thanks again and I hope you enjoy it for years to come.
eddie
