I seem to recall that the first Gerber multiplier came out in 1985 or 1986 . It was the only one produced in a polished finish . It had a weak scissors , the nail nicks on the outside blades were on the opposite side from the nail notches on the handles , something of a blunder . ( I still have mine )

Yeah, you're right! I was totally out of it I had just finished reading a thread about the Gerber Legend, and my eyes seemed to be adding words where there weren't any. Another blonde moment
