When has your edc flashlight come in extreme handy?

I carry a light all the time. For the last 3 weeks, it's been a Surefire e1e lego with a lumens factory turbo head and clicky tail switch. No 2 parts on the light are the same color, but I really dig the update to an old friend. I use it every day. Check the mail after work. Feed & look after my dogs. Check pts pupil dilation. Check the seats for chocolate at the movie theatre. Check for undesirables when taking out trash at work. For a main light source when the power at work goes out & the generators never work. Many uses!:D
