When I finally got my favorite mnandi I realized that

It is not your fault and all shipping costs must be covered by CRK.
They should pay for shipping (both ways) and send you a brand new knife, what is happening to your knife is unacceptable.
 
I'm glad so many people helped me, but I couldn't manage to tell the crk company, because the answer I'd get would probably be to send it back to be reprocessed, which would be too tiring for me as an international buyer, and I might as well just buy a new crk for that effort.
So I'm not going to do anything without results After that I chose to post it here just to make this clear to you guys BTW I thought my five zaan and five sebenza were pretty great but after I got mnandi for the first time I had some minor disappointment.
While sending it back, may not be a good option for you, I would still contact them. What do you have to loose other than the minute it would take to do so. They have been working with these matterials and international customers for some time now, and just may be able to help in some way. They certainly didn't want you to recieve the knife in this condition
