When is the Mini version of the Tenacious due out?

Mini Tenacious...that's news to me. How mini is it going to be?
 
There was talk of one somewhere (sorry, can't remember where) that was smaller. I don't remember the name even, but it was something like "Persistence."

I would love a slightly smaller tenacious...somewhere in size between the dragonfly and the tenacious closer to the tenacious price and I'm sold!!! I'd love it. Still would like a few more color choice in the handle though. ;)
