When Rekat Black Blade/Carbon Available?

I ordered the above from Knife Outlet, but have been informed that they are produced twice a year and not now available. The web site is down. Anyone know what is going on with this model?

Right now there is a shortage in the knife industry on carbon fiber to the point there is talk about a industry wide lynch party for a certain supplier in mass, just kidding Les.
I understand many manfactures are hurting worst than us.
