This bowie is a low count High Contrast Damascus (15n20 and 1084) with a partial twist. The blade has been coated with lemon juice then with mustard to give an aged patina. The blade features a false edge, filework on the spine and under the choil.
The guard is a half penny nickel quillion guard. The handle is curly maple that is left as a matt finish with a leather washer just behind the guard. Due to the length of the blade the balance of the blade is just above the choil. The knife has a little cleaning up to do to get all the mustard off at this point. Better pics available upon request.
