When was the Spyderco D'Alton Holder Toad first offered and when was it discontinued?

Was the Toad ever offered by Spyderco with a velcro closing nylon sheath?

Re: Nylon Sheath; I am trying to confirm what someone at Spyderco in Golden CO told me. They said that the sheath was originally offered, then at some time discontinued.

Maybe Sal or someone else from the Company can help clarify this.

Mine just arrived less than two minutes ago. The first words out of my girlfriends mouth were "Awwww It's so cute." It came in the worlds smallest sheath. The only identification on the sheath was a a tag on te back of the sheath that said BBC Made in the USA. Hope I could help.
