Where are all the Manix 2 Lightweight S110V?

I snagged one of the Manix 2 S110V from the exchange a while back, but I've been on the pre-order list at Knifeworks since May 1st. I can see why these knives are so popular, but it seems there hasn't been a resupply from Spyderco in a long while. Is that true? Knifeworks says they have no idea when these knives will come back in stock again.
Any idea? Thanks!

I'd like to know too... definitely on my short list of knives I'd like to pick up over the next month or so.

It looks like these sold out really fast, as soon as they showed up at dealers, they were being snapped up.

I am interested in getting one, but I will wait a while, so that they will be in stock after the excitement has fizzled out.

They sold as fast as Spyderco could make them so just keep your preorders in and you will get yours in time.

I bought mine at the outlet store. It was the last one, so they gave me 10% off. I'm still waiting for the first one I ordered months ago too.

Hang in there, it'll be worth it. This has become my new work knife and I'm finally extremely impressed with one of these super steels. I sold off all of my G10 sprint Manix 2s and never really liked the design due to it being too heavy for a knife of its size. The FRCP has completely changed my mind and it's possibly my favorite Spydie 👍

Waiting music.:)

Cancelled my preorder with knifeworks, when Spyderco sold me one at Bladeshow. Guess they had enough to sell themselves, but not fill retail orders.

Ongoing sadness, these still haven't shown up anywhere (except that one place that sells them at $30 more than everybody else) :(

I have one on order too, and started a thread here(or on Spyderco forums, I can't remember) asking when the next batch would be. Sal said they were being made, and that was about a month ago. I have almost cancelled the preorder, but decided to be patient.

Just to entertain you guys..

I have an extra one but couldn't sell it for much less than what they are available for without taking a loss.

It takes a while because awesome takes a little longer

Speaking of "takes a while", anyone tried to sharpen one of these on the good ol' SharpMaker??
I gave up. :p
So far, my (unnamed guided rod system with japanese waterstones) is the only way I've been able to get it to pop hair.

I have touched up both of mine with my sharpmakers brown rods. I go from brown flats to white then green stroping compound. The key is to not let s110v get super dull.

I just sent a 110v manix to Big Chris to be thinned behind the edge and to have the spine swedged.

My spare has a sticky lock that just wont break in and is beginning to upset me. It is acts like it has a lot of detent and once it move a little it is fine. I was hoping it would break in but it hasnt. It is really only a issue if my hand is wet or slick but my first s110v manix was perfect out of the box.
