Where are the best Brick & Mortar Knife Stores

I travel on business occasionally and was wondering if I'm missing out on some great knife shops in the areas I travel.

Where are the good ones? and I don't mean the Cabelas and Bass Pro locations.

Smoky Mountain Knife Works - been there done that dozen times

I hear alot about Plaza Cutlery out in CA.

Any others worth the side trip?

I just visited Plaza Cutlery for the first time last week. They are only a couple of miles from my office, but I avoid the South Coast Plaza like its the plague. My wife asked me to pick something up for her there, so I took advantage of a bad situation and checked them out.

Great store! Loads of Spydercos, Benchmades, CRKs. Too bad they don't sell ESEE, but they have a fantastic selection. Very nice and helpful staff too.

Edgeworks in Frederick, MD and Willey Knives in Delaware are great shops.

St. Nick's Knife Factory, Parkway City Mall, Huntsville, AL. I got my Benchmade 557 from him; it was either the same price or a little cheaper than the internet and he threw in two ceramic sharpening sticks. Pretty good guy in my book.

Advanced Cutlery in the Santa Anita Mall, Mike and Vince always do great work, in addition Vince puts the best edges on knifes I know.
