Where can I buy a ZT 0562CF?

I'd start with a google search. If they are sold out everywhere I'd buy a membership to bladeforums and then you can post in the want to buy section and have people send you private messages or emails with knife offers and you can buy one from an individual.
 
Good luck with finding one. I waited 9months before I canceled my order at two different places online.
 
They pop up on the exchange pretty regularly. When they do, they go fast, usually for more than MAP. Such is supply and demand. Keep your eyes open; good luck.
 
They are sold out from ZT so if a store has any stock maybe or otherwise look to the forums or ebay for a secondhand one

Rather than keep waiting on the exchange you can pay a premium and pick one up off of ebay. My time was more important to me than waiting so that's the route I took.
