Where can I buy sheets of Kydex ?

I did a search but no luck. I am only trying to buy a few sheets at a time and in different colors.

Also are there different thicknesses and if so which would you recommend and why?

Any good plastics dealer should have it. I bought some 4 or 5 years ago from a local distributor in black. As I recall, it was expensive but I also found some a year or so later from another local dealer that was white but I got the whole sheet for under $25.00 because he had it for a while.

Don't fall for what some of the sales men tell you about Kydex and ABS being the same thing. Some of them are worse than used car salesmen. :grumpy:

i can usually find 12"x12" kydex sheets on ebay. and i have gotten the same from Knife and Gun Supply.
