Where can i buy the Rat Cutlery RC5?

I stay in Norfolk VA USA and i was wondering if there was a place that sold RAT knives? Also i am a little confused. The Ontario knives look very similar to the RAT knives. How do i know im getting a RAT rather than an Ontario?
 
The rat blades say 'rowen' and RC X. X being the model number.
Ontario knives say 'ontario' and rat-x.

There are a few exceptions like the rtak, tak, which are Ontario, and the rc5 which is stamped rather obviously, so basically, rowen= rat cutlery
