I've heard AG Russell might have some. They are hard to find these days.
If you are just looking for a 110 w bg-42, then you can order through Pete's Custom Knife Shoppe soon. If you are looking for the Limited edition MS, it could be a hunt.

Just peaked at AG Russell website and it looks like they're down to:

119 6" Special fixed blade.
192 4" Vanguard fixed blade.
532 3" BuckLock folding blade.
