Where can I find blanks for a cutlery set (spoon, fork, knife)??

My fiance wants me to make her a knife-fork-spoon cutlery set with dymondwood handles. I can't find a supplier for a high quality steel set in the states. The one I did find was in australia.

Anyone know where I can get a good blank set for handle finishing?

I also am looking for high quality spoon, fork & knife blanks. The only ones I found [from Tazmania] were not great. GrizzlyBear seems to be always "off-line". Did you ever find a good source for your cutlery blanks ? I'd love to know ...
