Where can I find non-surplus American made bayonets?

I have a friend who would like to buy a good bayonet, but the only good one I can find is from Eickhorn Solingen in Germany. This wouldn't be a problem, except that since they don't have any American dealers who carry their knives, the shipping would cost more than the knife he is interested in! So I decided to ask if any of you know of anywhere that sells bayonets with useable blades at a decent price ($60 or less). If anyone can give me a link or two I would appreciate it. TIA.
