Where can i find supplies?

I am new at this so bear with me. I am currently working on my first knife. I got an old leaf spring (5160 i guess) and I am almost done but I need a handle. What is a good cataloge/web site for knife making supplies?

also, what are good books/magazines or websites for learning to make knives?
