i havent called sog yet (been busy with work,et al.) but im getting to like this knife more and more.
i can see how its designed for 'tactical' purposes.
last night,i was in chat, and got hungry. so i went in the kitchen, and butchered a banana with my SOG PE2, then I (tactically, mind you) spread the peanut butter on the bread...you guys must have thought that one out
no,really. ive read both good and bad on this knife, but im thinking 'good' overall.my only problem is the scales are a little rough. it locks solid, just the smallest about of blade play, and has the type of edge i like on my knives. no,its not scary sharp, but instead, has a working edge. will slice paper cleanly.
for what i paid (50 bucks,IIRC),i am a very happy camper.
