Where can I get ATS34 HTd for less than $10 per item?

I have used them several times and am very happy. The blade comes out very clean with just a slight color that can be buffed off.

Yeah that's probably the best bet for a batch that small. Spring the extra $4 each for cryo. Order some more steel or handle supplies while you're at it to ease the pain of shipping costs.

How much of a difference does cryo make?

In a nutshell, it increases toughness and wear-resistance. Not by a factor of 200% like some folks claim, perhaps more like 10 or 20%.
