Where can I get the small spline/allen wrenches

My Benchmade knife has small screws that I believe are called spline as opposed to allen. Where can I get a tiny spline hex set? I've looked at Sears, Home Depot, and WalMart with no luck.

Those are Torx. Benchmade actually sells a nice kit of them that fits in your pocket. It usually sells for $10-12
