that Master Series 119 of yours probably didn't get checkered as the wood was so pretty on it. It's great the way it is.

ok I lied,,,,, I have tried to peel the stickers off the squares before....

I redid the Kitchen years back, and the wife said she wanted the green countertop.............. she wasn't happy.

FYI, the smooth Master Series knives were the over run blades and are more uncommon than the checkered version knives.
