Where can I preorder the Lum chinese

Best bet would be whichever Spyderco dealer you do the most business with. Thing is, considering the Lum Chinese has been "in the works" over two years now, and will be limited production, I'd imagine most dealers have pre-order lists far in excess of the amount of knives they can reasonably expect to receive.
