tracys nwgs is easy to make if you take your time and works great when finished

Even if you don't have a welder, you can always rent one or score one for dirt cheap @ craiglist/flea market. The thing is very useable and you don't need that big of a unit.

I think there's no faster way to built a robust and expandable grinder than by welding.

The toughest part of building one like that is drilling proper bolt circle to match one on the motor's face mount. The rest can be welded and bolted together very quickly.

I spent about $500 on my NWGS and it was worth every penny and more!!!!!
If you"re a scrounger you could do it cheaper.
