Kinda reminds me of stories of parents doing things to keep up the appearance that "fluffy" got loose, but is okay...until they can get home with a new fluffy.

I think the janitor is eating the cheese because the Ratmandu don’t want it. Because it’s an anorexic Rat. Hiding in the cracks getting Mega Skinny.

The Ratmandu is nearly my favourite of the Busse and kin I have a good few different versions. I wouldn't like it much thicker so I'm hoping I'll like whatever is going to happen

Yeah, maybe/hoping it'll be mega thinner? Or Mega geometry with same 3/16" spine thickness (thinner edge, slicier)?
I dunno either, but I agree with you!
