Where do I get new handles from?

can anyone recommend a good (and cheap)
dealer or two where I can get replacement handles.

To anyone else reading, Kraton handles are $5.00!!!!
I couldn't believe it. I still can't get over it.
 
Goes to show that an investment in high-quality ER knives pays off!
 
$5 bucks??? I'm gotta get an extrema!!! Talk about low maintenance.

They definitely seem like high quality knives and everybody has nothing but good things to say about Frank.
