Where do I go after Sharpmaker Fine stones?

I have an Ultrafine Spyderco Rod and I just got a strop. But I've been using green paste; am I right that that's .5 micron, that the ultrafine rod is .3 and thus gives a finer edge?

Also, am I correct in assuming I should go to a .1 paste?

If so, can anyone recommend brands and/or sites where I can get this?

Am I rightin that I have to move past the green compound? If so, what brand/website would you recommend?

Also, as I posted in another thread, I'm planning to buy a couple of Arkansas stones to learn free hand sharpening. I'm looking for a fine and medium, and to spend $50-100. Any brands or websites I should look at? I understand the stones can really vary in quality.

Thanks! Looking at doing a strop and green for now. Also refining my technique with sharp maker - it could use some improvement from what I've seen on other posts. :o
