Where do i go to have custom keychain type gear made?

ive been really interested in having this single piece multitool ive designed made into a real thing for me to carry on a trip overseas. im having trouble finding someone who can make it for me. its sort of similar in function and design to an atwood, kochtools, vox snailor, chavezknives chaves tool, etc. i was told that i may need someone with a water jet cutting setup or a "Wire EDM". no idea what those are. any ideas on who i can go to for this?
