where do you get your G10?

well the title says it all ive been to a couple different sites but i was just wondering where everyone else got theyre g10? also why do you shop there is it for the prices or the customer service?
 
Alpha Knife Supply has prices and customer service!

Don't be put off just cause Jessica needs to speak to you for your Payment info, or that they don't take Paypal. Use a CC and it's all good to go.

P.S. They don't overcharge for Shipping, a lot of sites do!
 
Yep AKS is the place, all the thicknesses in all the colors
 
I'll second this right here. Alpha had a bad experience with paypal some time ago and stopped using them. No worries. You call Jessica one time, get your cc information in their system, and you're good to go.

When I'm in need of a fix, I simply cut and paste my item numbers and descriptions into an email, send it off to Chuck and Jessica, let them know to use the card on file, and they ship it out ASAP for actual shipping......to the penny! I believe that Alpha holds the record for the most weight shipped in a flat rate envelope. It's insane, something like sixteen pounds or more.....in an envelope, not a box!

Some of my favorite people in the knife supply world. I can't say enough good about them.

Another recommendation for Chuck and Jessica.

They send me over heaps of stuff and are extremely easy to deal with!
 
I like Alpha Knife Supply as well, although they can be a pain to deal with if you like the convenience of Online ordering, which I do. But I put up with it because their selection is good and the customer service is great. Tracey Mickley at USA Knife Maker Supply has some awesome deals as well. Plus you can order it at 4:56 a.m. (current time) online if you wish. His shipping and handling is reasonable as well. Tracey also carries some custom colors that others do not if you want something different.
 
Another + for AKS,great selection of color's and thickness's you can't find anywhere else,fast shipping.
Chuck and Jessica are great people to deal with
 
There is just something cool about a family run business like Alpha. Great G10 selection too.

USAKnifemaker has a great selection and prices as well... pretty good customer service in my opinion. Good people.

Jantz... I can't say a good thing about them.

Knifekits - they have some really nice G10 and good service

I live close to Chuck and they are indeed really great people. If you plan on getting your G-10 water-jet cut, let them know and they can leave your G-10 in bigger sheets for you. I know Jesscia hates cutting in when it's cold and miserable out. -M
 
I logged on just now to see that everyone loves AKS as much as I do. I actually got a package from them yesterday, the 17th and that was shipped 3 days prior(14th)

+1, First time I ordered from them and they kept $8 because they were out of something in the mix I was buying, no they didn't charge it back to my card that would be to easy.... instead they told me I had a credit there, so I ordered again assuming my money would be credited, it wasn't, so I called and they said I have to call in my order for the credit to apply.... that's all fine and dandy if I didn't live in the same state where they also charge me sales tax !!!!

think I'll have to call them tomorrow for my $$$ thanks for bringing this up....

another great thing about AKS is they update their site often, so when you order it they probably have it in stock :)
 
Just to say a good word for jantz, I did order from them two different times and both times the shipping has been mediocre to good, then packaging has been excellent, the tools have been good, and the prices have been better. they have the cheapest magicut files you can get.
