Where do you get your knives??

I tend to use Bladehq for all my knife-related purchases.
If, on the rare-occasion, that they don't have something in stock, I look over at Bladeplay.

bladeplay? lol Anyway I like bladehq but were restricted on this subject and can't mention several that I've dealt with.

I've used BladeHQ and Knife Works with positive experiences.

Been meaning to try out GP Knives, as I like how their site is laid out.

my only problem with bladehq is that it takes them a while to get their out of stock items.

99% of the time I use New Graham, been using them for years. Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are pretty much spot on, their shipping is very fast. For traditional knives I have ordered from KSF, they are good also.

I buy most of mine off the exchange here.

As for dealers I like,
Fort Henry Custom's
New Graham
GP Knives
1SKS
VCM custom knives
Matt D Tactical
kershawguy.com

For Lights and other gear
GoingGear
Battery Junction

All of the above are paying dealer members here.

^^^^ What he said! I usually peruse the X here first. Great deals to be had, and sometimes your're helping out someone that's in a bind.

After that, Google is your friend.... :D

Ya i finally spent the money and got a paid bf membership so hopefully when i get home i will start selling off some of the knives that iam not really into. good advice thanks!

New Graham, Grand Prairie, the Exchange (buying and trading), Collector Knives, Knifeworks, Knives Plus, 1SKS. Lots of others I can't think of at the moment.

Knife Center, Blade HQ, Knife Works, New Graham, Northeast Cutlery Collectors Assoc. shows, and maybe a few others. I have never had an issue with the dealers that I have mentioned. When I request that they inspect an item before shipping a Knife Center employee signs off for it. Hard to beat that for service.

Bill Akers of Backwood Knives, Dan Graves, Larry Withrow, O'Neil, Matt Baily, etc. That is if you want the best. I can't understand why anyone would buy a production knife when for a few dollars more you can buy a custom knife that will last for years and become more valuble over time not to mention can be passed down for years to come.

I usually go to the exchange first now as well! You can usually find what you re lookin for at reasonable prices! I also have used some of the dealers mentioned above without any troubles.

I have used 1sks several times with great results. The only problem with them is they tend to not have the knives in stock that I want, so I end up going to Amazon. I bought both my BK2's there and my mora.
