Most of the knives that I buy I can't find at stores around here, so I get them online. Usually AG Russell or New Graham, but with a couple other places thrown in once in a while if I see a good special.

How about you?

from Bestknives...
Not the cheapest, but quite helpfull when you live abroad and you need a small pro-forma invoice... ;)

new graham is deffinately the way to go. ive ordered from the a bunch of times and had not one complaint

Most of my knives are bought online. I like New Graham, Knife Center, and Swiss Knife Shop.

knife center, combat Knife (so friendly), ebay.

do be careful on ebay though. sometimes i get a tiny stuff that will bother me from looking at it. but is "really tiny" but i am sure that is the samething the seller was bothering by. but for the cheaper price, and functional blade, i let it go by.

One time i wish to use the knife i purchse back on the seller.....but they live too far away~ i can only give a neg feedback in the end :grumpy:

Past 2 weeks, 5 knives send to me from ebay are all good. Ebay still is a good place to check and compare.

For harder to find and custom, I use, Tad gear, Arizona custom knife, true north knives and steel addiction. For the production stuff, anyone else online that sells the cheapest.

For custom stuff I have ordered from our member Razorback knives. He's great to work with.

Newgraham.com or knifeoutlet.com usually. I like Mike and Fred a lot and they have always taken care of me. Of course being honorable men and fellow forum members doesn't hurt either. ;)

I try to buy what I need from the independant knife dealer here in town, Bladerunner Knives. You know , support the locals. He has some nice customs and can get most production stuff within a week. His prices are almost as good as online prices. Otherwise I check the forum for advice on online stores or trade stock.

for good prices and good service, my top calls are:

1sks
new graham
cumberland knife works
tadgear
true north knives
vintage knives

I was gonna say, why didn't anyone mention 1sks yet? I buy from them, TAD Gear, New Graham, pvk, and eBay, but you have to be careful on eBay, the others have always treated me well.

A lot of my most recent purchases have been on eBay. Some of the prices are below retail, even better than what's normally available with regular online shops.

I just make sure the seller is in the U.S.

We have a whole forum for this.

Plaza Cutlery
Knife Art
Blade Art
Tad Gear

These websites all have excellent service and fast shipping.

There are several reputable online stores here that support BF.com. My thanks to all those that gave New Graham the nod.
