Alright guys, I swapped out my CS Voyager for a CRKT M21-14. It's an excellent knife and has a great lock up. Nice thick blade, and a great edge. Even the tip is tough as nails. It's a lot like my M16-14, but this one has auto locks and a drop point blade.
The blade shape is awsome and the knife feels light in the hand even for it's big size. Very smooth opening and the lockup feels very sturdy. Seems as if I could actually survive stabbing something without going to the ER or the good old fashioned sewing kit to fix my fingers(don't worry, I don't stab stuff with folders anyways, just a nice feeling knife).
Thank God this thing actually has AUS 8 steel, otherwise it would be useless. I got this one because my M16-14 held up very well and is easy to get an edge back on it even after a hard days work. So I figured this one should be just like that but with a drop point blade.
The auto locks is fine with me, I guess it's all about preference. I can open and close my M21-14 just as quickly as my emerson commander and my spyderco military (both liner locking knives). The auto locks has that "safe" feel to it. It's more of a fail safe that gives your fingers a second chance than a "virtual fixed blade"

.
Anyhoo, just my thought on the M21-14 and the M16-14 knives from CRKT.
Excellent knives from CRKT and probably amongst their best.
I'd still like to see AUS 8 as their low end steel and something like 154CM (or ATS 34) as their high end stuff.
