Where has Kumar gone?

Not sure of where he's gone or how he's doing.
Maybe Yangdu or another forumite knows.
IIRC, he's one of the ones who runs a farm/plot of land. he's probably busy doing that.

All other new Kamis hired by my father took some advance money from father and left the shop and never return to work.
Now we have Bura, Dil, Yuvraj, Vim, Rajendra ,scabbard maker Sarki, Narayan and Arjun working in the shop. They are all great Kamis who does quality work for HI.
For now we will continue to work with our old and few new Kamis.

I have no more idea than you guys... but this strikes me as one of those situations where a man of great talent has other obligations and can't pursue his talent to its fullest. Or maybe kukuri making is not his passion, maybe it's something that he is just good at. Or perhaps it is something else that is keeping him from working at BirGorkha. Regardless he's one fine maker, and he is said to have designed the Kobra. I hope to get one someday, so I can compare it to my experiences with the Ang Khola. I have a feeling I'll be surprised and enchanted. :D
 
Kumar went to Arab country, he is doing fine there after two years he will return to Birgorkha shop.
 
Sounds like he's working as a services contractor for KBR or an outfit like that. Correct? Regardless, I wish him the best.
 
I hope he does well. My Kobra hangs beside the bed, one of my prized possesions.
