Where is my Battle Mistress?

I hate this to be my first
post, but I am hoping Mr.
Busse or someone from Busse
Combat Co. responds to my
post. I have e-mailed and
left voice mail messages
inquiring about my order. I
have not received a response.
I ordered a Battle Mistress,
in March of last year, and am
still waiting. My credit card
was charged for $150 deposit
as agreed. All I want is a
delivery date. When I placed
the order the delivery was
stated as 16 weeks. I do not
mind waiting, but have read of
other customers receiving
their orders in alot less
time. This post is not meant
to be a put down of Busse
Combat knives. All I've heard
of this company are rave
reviews and I am sure there is
an explanation for the delay.
By the way my name is Marlo

Marlo: been there, friend.
You're not the only one who has endured the frustration of waiting and waiting and waiting. But do hang in there. My knives eventually did come and they were worth the wait. I'm not surprised that you couldn't get anyone on the phone. The word is that the phone is on the shop floor. Sometimes they don't hear it; sometimes Jerry himself picks it up. I am surprised that you haven't gotten a response to your emails. They're usually pretty good about that. Try again. be persistent and polite. You'll get there. While you're at it, check which sheath and handle design you'll be getting. There are a few forumites who deal with Jerry often and they might want to help you out if the problem isn't resolved.

Marlo, I paid in full in advance for my Battle Mistress and Badger Attack, and waited 10months for delivery, and I can tell you this: it was worth the wait, the knives are incredible!
