Where is my snow???

Well, it's 15 + Deg here, and the sky is clear. I'd like a bit of snow, myself. Oh, well. I missed the 5-6" of heavy wet snow on Thansgiving, (it melted in two days) but I did get about 1 1/2" that next week (also melted by the next day).
