Where is the best place to order a custom EDC knife?

I have been looking for a small Two finger cleaver fixed blade for so long but I can't find anything I like so I have turned to trying to find a good Custom maker. Do any of you have any ideas about anyone that makes custom Edc knives?...That don't break the bank

I just want a small 2-3 finger cleaver with a simple, strong 1095 steel or CPM s30v, with a Black Micarta handle. For my price range I really don't want to spend a ton so I was hoping under 100$
