hello where is the court place to post a topic regarding “looking for” or “searching for” this type of knife or gear?
 
Depends what it is. General for most knives, but Traditional for slipjoints and the like. Gadgets and Gear for non-knives.

Treat the main forum view like a table of contents and you'll find the right spot. Welcome to BF. :)

Keep in mind that only gold and higher members can see these. Won't affect you, though, but it's confusing to non-paying members because they can post requests in that subforum but not see anyone else's posts, so sometimes they wonder if that subforum is even active.
