I consider the knife a lifetime knife, meaning it will last a lifetime. If you figure the cost average per day, I would guess it would be pennies a day, depending on your age when you buy a new one.

Pennies a day for one of the best knives in the world to have at your disposal every day is not a bad deal IMO. Hey, I'm not a newbie, sorry....
