Some people, and their fondness for throwing knives, just crack me up. In 2012 I gave a friend one of my Tibos, and she asked if it was ok for throwing. I said "well, it is 1/8 inch thick, weighs less than 2 oz, and has a thin grind...so not in my opinion unless you are very good at unorthodox knife throwing, or find that you just hate the design" :) A couple of months ago another friend saw one of the new RMJ MARSOC daggers on my truck seat. He unsheathed it, handled it a bit, and asked how it throws. I said "I have no idea. It's a little bit too handle heavy to develop good force for penetration throwing it by the handle, both edges are razor sharp, and I haven't had enough spare time to be hanging out in ERs lately if I could help it." :) They make knives designed for throwing, and even labeled as such, for reasons....
 
Why even throw a knife unless you worked in a circus. I don't get it as well.
 
There is a certain appeal to throwing a knife. But, there is a greater appeal to not throwing it.

I have always thought it would be great fun to drive in a demolition derby. All I need is someone to lend me his 80's vintage front wheel drive big block Cadillac Eldorado for the event....

While I am waiting for that to happen, I would settle for taking out some competitive aggression at Will's bowling alley if I ever pass through his area.

How did you hack my computer and look at my PayPal history? and.... ALL the way from Australia! After I got this beast I had no need for any other inferior piece of sharpened steel! The filework on the spine is over the top, and who would have thought of a sharpened and elongated choil? and.... it came in some spectacular leather, I really need to get it to Rick Lowe so he can use some reverse engineering!
