Is this different from the stuff you find at the normal military outlet places?

I've seen what appears to be similar at gun shows and the local surplus place outside the base gate.

The Crusader is used by the British Army.
I'm guessing the normal military outlets you're referring to have the USA ones.

You can get the british stuff on ebayuk.com and i've seen it from various places online.
