Where the heck are the American made tools?

America is not at war. The Marines are at war. America is at the mall. And to keep Americans at the mall, "The China Price" is required. We are seeing "Duty," "Honor," "Country" being replaced by "Shop," "Borrow," "Graze." No conscious American could fail to be deeply moved by this shift in values.
 
I own Porter Cable, Milwaukee and Bosch. All are excellent power tools.
 
Many of these power tool companies are all under the same umbrella anyway. Rigid and Milwaukee are both Emerson Tool. Several others as well. I'm kind of out of touch, out of the business for 30 years but its the same with lots of thing. Gun companies several under one parent company.
 
would be nice if there were more small businesses really, even though you get variable quality you get more people earning a real living
