I was expecting something a little fruity and sweet (giggity) but it's actually not. It's a little bitter for someone like me who doesn't drink beer very often but not bad. And it's 11.42%abv. I've only taken a few swigs and I'm starting to feel a little warm. And they have the full strength Blue Moon but I think that'll have to wait for another day.

In other news, hollow grinding is a bit different than flat grinding, I discovered today. Need to practice more on some scrap and make some little blades before I do anything big hollow ground...
