Where to buy authentic made in USA blackjack knives? Is DLT trading or knife center a good place for high quality ones?

Absolutely! I do not have a model 5, but I do own and use a Model 1-7 (just a slightly longer blade) and a model 125 (kind of like a hunting version of the model5). My brother uses a model 5 every hunting season (and just throughout the year for everything) for years and he loves his except for the double guard. My Blackjacks have never let me down, they are great. My brothers model 5 is pretty awesome too.

I hear DLT is great but I have been buying some knives from Knife Center and they are fantastic to deal with. Unlike most large companies these days - paypal, instagram, etc., you can actually get a person on the phone with KC, a person in the store (not in India), who will help you with your questions. Where did you get your blackjack knives from?

Sorry, I got one as a gift from my dad and the other I bought used on the Exchange here. I have bought Bark Rivers (the parent company of Black Jack) from DLT though, and Knives Ship Free. Both are good.
