I've been looking into buying one or more of the following Bark River Knife and Tool knives... but cannot find internet sellers for them. Any suggestions?

BRKT Woodland Special
BRKT North Star
BRKT Mini North Star

Also, opinions on the aforementioned knives would be nice.

Head on over to Knife forums, Bark River has a dedicated forum of their own. On it is a listing of vendors for them. I think they are pretty darn good knives, I have several.

I like DLT's selection. Bookmarked 'em. I like my own Mini-Canadian with black micarta handles but it's a bit smaller than I'd like, so I was looking for some bigger BRKT's. Thanks all.

At the forum mentioned by Mongo there's a dealer list. Some of the models you list no longer be in production and could be out of stock everywhere. In that case, your best bet would be to advertise in the "Knives wanted to buy" forum section or eBay.

For current-production Bark Rivers, I shop at DLT Trading and Knifeworks. AG Russell has a few too.

Looking for large models? The Sandstorm, Teddy, and Rogue Bowie are all in stock at AG Russell.

The Woodland Special is in stock at AG Russell. The Highland is larger than the Woodland, and is also in stock at AG Russell.

Mini North Star is in stock at DLT Trading. So is the North Star and many other large models. So is the Woodland...

The Woodland and many larger models are in stock at Knifeworks.

Can't believe you couldn't find any of these on your own...

I've bought them from DLT and knifeworks.com, both are reliable and good vendors. Knifeworks has a little better pricing from what I've seen.

I have 3 knives from DLT.

Just keep in mind that DLT's return policy is this: "Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, for any reason other than manufacturers defects."

So if they ship you a broken knife - that's your problem. On both of my Bark Rivers from DLT there are some cosmetic issues that I'm trying to decide if they warrant returning them to BRKT for refinishing. But that's a pain.

Don't worry
Mike Steward stand behind his products and is a great guy to speak to.
If you have issues and you can't solve it with DLT, you can always contact Mike.
Maybe you should pm him on knifeforums.

Not really and you wouldn't want to take that up with DLT anyways, they would be just a go-between anyways. Just contact BRKT, their warranty is pretty phenomenal. They pretty much cover everything but Badger-attacks. On the BRKT forum you will find a host of threads that go like this:

"Mike, I screwed up the edge of my Barkie using a powergrinder. What should I do?"
"Don't worry, sent it in, inexperienced sharpening is covered under warranty".

Quite frankly I think he is making up his warranty as he goes along :D , but as far as I have seen that has only worked in the customers favor. As far as I can tell, as long as you have not damaged your knife intentionally and you ask nicely, they will fix it for you and they will do it with a smile.

I have ordered my three Barkies from Knifeworks.com and dlttradingcompany.com
