Where to buy handle material for custom scales??

I make my own custom scales for my mini grips and other grips and was wondering some better placed to buy g10, c-tek, cf, wood ect.. I know of knife kits alpha knife supply and usa knifemaker but is there anymore good places out there to buy handle material?

those places are good for synthetic materials, & there's olots f good wood & ivory for sale here on the knifamker's materials subforum
