I once used a sample piece of pink kydex from a local plastics supplier for a customers knife. It was Pepto Bismol pink. In fact, I needed some Pepto Bismol when I had finished.
Well My Idea is to get in touch with one of the Wood Stabilizer's to see if they can "Dye" a nice wood like thuya burl "pink" I Have seen many go Dark Why not Pink ?? just my 2 cent's worth
Ok Dave, you have obviously gone too long without adult supervision. Pink? Unless it's for the lady in your house I would blow it off. Just joking, the dye plan is probably as good as any. Try the red dye additive we used coloring epoxy. Talk to you soon. T
we have a part timer named crayola here sometimes that made a barbie knife for his girlfriend to match her barbie pink jeep.he used a pakkawood. call a few of the supply houses. good luck
2 suggestions, either go to your local goodwill store or salvation army store and buy a pink barbie bus and cut it up for scale material. Or use pink construction paper as liner material and use clear pxexiglass as the handles, you';ll see the construction paper through it.
