Aldo, the NJ Steel Baron, has it in .25. I believe I've seen him offer a grinding service to thin stock down to specifications. If I remember correctly, Ray Kirk (Raker Knives) sells 5160. He carries is in round rod. For an additional fee offers a rolling service.
5160 is available .204 thick at 2" wide. Any steels thinner than .204 in 2 " wide are made of 5150 to service the Lawn Mower industry. 5160 is made in specific ratio's to accommodate the Auto industry and they have no use for springs 1/8" thick.(Sometimes the truth suck!)
