Where to find a small piece of Hitachi steel

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone might have, or know where I could find a small piece of Hitachi blue or white steel. Not the laminated stuff.

My girlfriend is super into Japanese paper crafts, and I want to forge weld together a wrought iron and Hitachi blue kiridashi for her, but I can find any straight hitachi. I only need a piece about an inch or so square, 8th inch thick.

Any ideas? If you want to trade please let me know

I'm guessing that you want to use the Blue BECAUSE is makes for a more authentic Japanese style knife. Otherwise, I would say that if you can't find any without buying a fun size bar from Dictum, see if someone might spot you a little couple of 115W2, which I describe as kind of a Blue #1.5. it has the carbon content of #2, but the tungsten content closer to #1.
 
Honestly im open to options. My last resort would be some of Don's W2. But Blue, white or 115W2 would all work for me.

This is a girl who thinks my wood addiction is a GOOD thing, so im trying very hard to impress her.
