Where to find Izula Survival & Navigation Card Sets????

I'm looking for the survival card set as well... Hopefully someone here will chime in and help.

Dave, by the way, is from The Knife Connection. I sent him a PM asking about the Surv Card Set but have yet to hear back from him.
