Where to find Scottish stag or wood for knife handle

Google Highland Horn if You look for Scottish Red Deer antlers.
The knife in my avatar has Sambar stag from them.
You may need a Brittish contact who can ship it to You, as the company doesn't ship overseas.

Wapiti/American elk shed antlers, usually in the early winter. You don't even have to kill the beast, just befriend hikers.
But if there's only whitetail in Tennessee, you could get roadkill antlers with a hacksaw.
I hope I'm not being facetious.
 
Hardwood from your own country could be superior to any Scottish species.
